Cancellation and Refund Terms

CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

  1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG:27.11.2014/29188) regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.

  3. If not included, the shipping costs of the product will be paid by the buyers.

  4. Each product purchased will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyers can terminate the contract.

  5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with documents such as warranty certificate, user manual, if available.

  6. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller is obliged to inform the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date of learning this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID: 7. If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

TRANSACTIONS MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS: 8. If it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment was used unjustly by unauthorized persons after the product was delivered, and the sold product price is not paid to the Seller by the bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days, with shipping costs to be borne by the SELLER.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS: 9. If force majeure events that the Seller could not foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the Buyer. The Buyer can request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order, and if the payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card and is cancelled, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT: 10. The Buyer will examine the contract goods/service before receiving; and will not receive crushed, broken, torn packaging etc. damaged and defective goods/services from the courier company. The goods/service received will be considered undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods/service after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/service must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: 11. The BUYER can exercise the right to withdraw from the contract without assuming any legal and penal responsibility and without giving any reason, by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to him/her or the person/organization at the address indicated, and by notifying the SELLER through the contact information below.

  1. For the Buyer, if the purchase is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts before the end of the right of withdrawal period, if the service has begun with the consumer's approval.

  2. The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is obligatory to make a written notification to the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days and that the product has not been used in accordance with the "Products that Cannot be Returned" provisions regulated in this contract.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: 16. The invoice of the product delivered to the third person or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent along with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. Order returns whose invoice is issued in the name of corporations cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

  1. The return form, the box of the products to be returned, packaging, if available, standard accessories and other items must be delivered complete and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS: 18. The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within 10 days at the latest from the receipt of the withdrawal notification, and to take back the goods within 20 days.

  1. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason caused by the BUYER's fault, or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER at the rate of their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or product within the period of the right of withdrawal.

  2. If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER is fallen below due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount within the scope of the campaign is cancelled.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED: 21. Goods that are prepared in line with the BUYER's request or clearly personal needs and are not suitable for return, undergarments, swimsuit bottoms, makeup materials, disposable products, goods that are at risk of deterioration or that are likely to expire, products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons if their packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under the Subscription Agreement, services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and if the packaging is opened by the BUYER, it is not possible to return the goods related to sound or visual recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, computer consumables, as per the regulation. In addition, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for services that have begun to be performed upon the approval of the consumer before the end of the withdrawal period.

  1. Cosmetic and personal care products, undergarments, swimsuits, books, software and programs that can be copied, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, untested, unspoiled, and unused in order to be returned.

DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES 23. If the BUYER falls into default in the case of payment transactions made by credit card, he/she agrees, declares, and undertakes to pay interest and to be responsible to the bank within the framework of the credit card contract made with the cardholder bank. In this case, the bank may resort to legal means; demand the expenses and attorney's fee from the BUYER and if the BUYER defaults due to his/her debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the damages and losses suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.

  1. You can take advantage of online single payment or installment facilities for all types of credit cards on our site. The amount will be withdrawn from your credit card at the end of your order in your online payments.
